RARE Embossed Dogue de Bordeaux French Mastiff Dog Postcard Tuck Prussia 1905

utiful vintage and antique postcards.
This postcard was shipped from The Netherlands to the USA by Lotje.
On the front of this vintage SIGNED postcard is an embossed photo portrait of a French Mastiff called Dogue de Bordeaux.  Next to the portrait is a message that says:  "Raphael Tuck & Sons:  Art Postcard Series 855; Chromographed in Prussia.   My guess is that it was choromographed in the part of Prussia that is now Germany.   The embossment is GORGEOUS!     On the back is handwriting in English.  There is also a stamp with the photo of King Edward  VII  and the stamp was made in 1904.
Measurements are approximately: 3.5" x 5.5" so this is a standard size postcard.  There are a very few if any minor signs of surface wear as shown above and the postcard is still easy to see and appreciate!
