We use 21Mil laminate for the Graphics kit . It is a HIGH GLOSS, double polished vinyl laminating film ideal for: Off-Road racing decals, Motorcycle graphic laminate, Quad Decals, Outdoor Stickers.etc. It has been used in the MX kit industry for over 10 years. STOP following the crowd and get out in front with Remington Laminations. Our high performance laminating film will give you and your sponsor a spoke up on the competition.
All graphics are digitally printed with UV resistant inks that are guaranteed not to fade up to 5 years. We use a Roland printer and laminate clear coat that goes over the print to protect it from scratching.
We print all graphics in high quality 300 DPI so the colors are very vibrant and easy on the eyes. Our
printer precisely control droplet placement in both the print head travel and paper feed directions to provide up to 1440x1440 dpi resolution.
We use Eco-Sol MAX-2 ink technology, offering fast drying time, high density, wide color gamut, rugged scratch resistance.
