This impressive vintage Tibetan chest is colorfully decorated to represent the exotic Tibetan culture and its expressive art style. The restoration to this Tibetan cabinet was purposely kept minimal to capture the original painting and color. Traditionally, Tibetan cabinets were used for the storage of anything from foodstuffs to religious objects. Instead of swinging on attached hinges, the doors pivot on round pegs. With two double door compartments, this rectangular cabinet provides ample of storage room and is an exotic addition to family rooms, dining rooms, or bedrooms.
