The High Pressure Aluminum Propane Burner replaces the Bayou Classic burners in the round frames. This particular high pressure burner can handle a higher heat than the fry burners. This Burner includes the air shutter. Orifices for this burner are available separately (Part # 5235) for purchase. This burner gives off a blue high heat flame. The face of this  burner measures 4" in diameter and 9" in length. This item is also great for designing your own cookers or brew set ups. This is a direct replacement for Bayou Classic SP10, SP15, SP50, B135, 2212, 2474, 3066, 3016, 1135, 1175, or DB250.
