Back: Side to side across lying flat: 36-40" (Bust adjustable in accordance with how much overlap there is in the skirt. Aslo there is plenty of fabric in the skirt.

Silver: Authentic 830S silver belt fasteners (used) excellent condition. I have left them for you to sew on the belt after you determine the measurement. It would be a shame if the beading was accidentally cut moving them.
